  All dedicated sending IPs are considered “cold” at the time of setup and should undergo a ramp process to maximize deliverability and reputation. Should we determine that the dedicated IP(s) assigned to your account become blacklisted due to poor sending practices, the customer may be subject to account termination and/or a $1,000 fee per cluster of 4 IPs or $250 per single IP.
